Each child(ren) should bring a bottle of water, wear appropriate clothing and snacks are only permitted when sessions are longer than two hours. 

Please note that Project A Productions are a nut-free company, parent(s)/guardian(s) and children are prohibited to bring any product that contains nuts to any of our venues. 

Children must be 6 years old to enrol onto a course with Project A Productions. It is essential that all parent(s)/guardian(s) are happy that their child(ren) are happy to be unaccompanied as parent(s)/guardian(s) are not permitted to watch a session. 

If your child is unwell, we ask that you please do not bring them to their session and that you email office@projectaproductions.com or text 07783061733 to let us know. 

Please note regrettably the session cannot be made up/rescheduled/credited or refunded. Never bring your child if they have any illness such as an ear infection, diarrhoea, vomiting, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis or a bad cold. 

Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes. In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a session.

We regret if you are unable to make a session or if you feel you need to cancel a filmmaking session/workshop you will not be credited/rescheduled/transferred or refunded. On booking the course you are accepting the place for the session(s)  at the time/day agreed. 

A full course must be booked by emailing office@projectaproductions.com we do not make up/credit/refund sessions, therefore please make sure you are committed, your child is ready for their booked session(s) and you able to attend as many session(s) as possible before making payment.

The length of each of the services we provide vary slightly:

• Filmmaking Taster Workshop: 2 hours
• Filmmaking Classes: 2 hours
• Home Ed Group Film Class: the length is dependent on the client
• Children's Filmmaking Parties: the length is dependent on the client
• Private Filmmaking Class: the length is dependent on the client

In the unfortunate event that Project A Productions must cancel a session/rearrange a workshop, we will notify parents/guardians via email and put a notification on our website.

Project A Productions will endeavour to add an alternative date, if we offer an alternative date the session/workshop will not be eligible for a refund or credit or to be transferred. If you are unable to make the alternative date, the session/workshop will not be refunded, credited or transferred.
